Mr. Volk began his career in the engineering and design of HVAC and Plumbing systems in 1982 with Peter F. Loftus Engineers. He possesses a wide array of project experience including schools, offices, apartments, nursing homes, hospitals, laboratories, warehouses and retail. David has proven skills in LEED design and documentation including the achievement of a Gold rating. David utilizes his strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage all of the engineering activities for the company. He has demonstrated the ability to run several projects simultaneously and lead others in high demand situations.

Loftus Engineers began in 1923 when Peter F. Loftus formed an engineering company bearing his name. Acquired in 1982 by Eichleay Engineers, Loftus grew in size and expanded its service offering. In 2002, we restructured into Loftus Engineers, LLC and continued our long tradition of providing valued engineering services.
