The site will be used for technical training (automotive, welding, HVAC). The building will also house traditional and technical academic classrooms. Loftus provided the Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Design for this project. The challenge of this design was to conduct exhaustive field investigation to properly determine which existing equipment systems could be reused for a completely new occupancy.
